Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting C Psychic Readings.
Every product and service we create is made with care and positive intention.
Because we offer both digital content and physical merchandise, this policy explains how refunds and returns are handled for each.


1. Digital Products, Readings & Online Services

All digital products — including downloadable kits, recorded readings, meditations, online workshops, or eBooks — are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Instant delivery: Digital orders are fulfilled immediately upon checkout, which means access cannot be revoked after delivery.

  • Non-transferable: Digital downloads and recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

  • Exceptions: If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to download properly, please contact cpsychic@cpsychicreadings.com within 7 days of purchase. We will re-send the correct files or provide technical support to ensure you receive what you paid for.

🕊️ We do not issue refunds for digital products, services, or readings once they have been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.


2. Physical Merchandise (Mystic Merch)

Our mugs, journals, candles, apparel, and similar items are printed and shipped through Printify, our third-party fulfillment partner.
Each item is made to order and printed specifically for you.

Returns

Because every item is custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind.

However, we will gladly replace or refund an order if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

To submit a claim:

  1. Email cpsychic@cpsychicreadings.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  2. We will review the claim and coordinate a replacement or refund directly with Printify at no additional cost to you.

If the item is out of stock or discontinued, we may offer a refund instead of a replacement.


3. Return Shipping (If Applicable)

In most cases, you do not need to return the damaged or incorrect item.
Printify’s policy allows for photo verification instead of physical returns, reducing environmental impact and processing delays.
If a return is required, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.


4. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package does not arrive:

  • Please confirm your shipping address and check your local postal facility first.

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it, contact us at cpsychic@cpsychicreadings.com so we can initiate a trace with Printify and the carrier.

  • Verified lost packages will be replaced or refunded in accordance with Printify’s fulfillment guidelines.


5. Services Provided Under Business Insurance

Our business maintains Commercial General Liability coverage through a Canadian-based insurer to ensure professionalism and transparency.
However, insurance does not cover refunds or dissatisfaction with psychic or spiritual outcomes.
All readings and products are offered for entertainment, educational, and spiritual guidance purposes only, with results varying by individual.


6. Cancellations (Live Appointments)

If you have booked a live reading or coaching session:

  • You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or “no-shows” are non-refundable.

  • If an emergency arises, please contact cpsychic@cpsychicreadings.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
