This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how and when your items are delivered — whether they are digital experiences or physical merchandise.
1. Digital Products & Services
All digital items (including eBooks, guided meditations, digital kits, and downloadable courses) are delivered electronically.
Delivery method: You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase. Digital files or links to access your content will be delivered to the email address you provided at checkout.
Delivery time: Most files are available instantly; however, please allow up to 24 hours for order processing or file access.
No physical shipping: Digital items are not shipped or mailed.
If you don’t receive your file: Please check your spam/junk folder, or contact us at cpsychic@cpsychicreadings.com for assistance.
2. Physical Merchandise (Mystic Merch)
Physical products such as mugs, journals, candles, and other items are printed and shipped through our third-party fulfillment partner Printify.
Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Estimated delivery:
USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
Europe: 10–20 business days
Other regions: up to 25 business days
(Delivery times may vary depending on local customs and postal delays.)
Tracking: A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order ships.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and product type.
4. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact cpsychic@cpsychicreadings.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging.
Replacements are handled directly through our fulfillment partner (Printify) at no cost to you for valid claims.
5. Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
If your package appears lost or delayed, contact me and I will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
6. Pre-Orders & “Coming Soon” Products
Items marked as “Coming Soon” or “Pre-Order” may have estimated release dates listed on their product pages.
You’ll receive an update once your item becomes available for digital download or shipping after you have made an order.
