Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing C Psychic Readings. I strive to provide you with intuitive and accurate readings and hope you are satisfied with your experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which I will provide refunds or credits for services purchased through our website.
1. Services & Scope
My services include online psychic readings, energy sessions, and related digital offerings. Because these are non-physical, time-based/intangible services, the rules for returns and refunds differ from those for physical goods. Please read this policy carefully before booking or purchasing a service.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact me at cpsychic@cpsychicreadings.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time. I will work with you to find a new slot.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the session may be subject to forfeiture of the payment, at my discretion.
For digital/recorded sessions or services that commence immediately upon purchase, cancellations may not be possible once the session has started or the product has been delivered.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be provided only under the following conditions:
The service was not delivered as promised (e.g., technical failure on my side preventing the session).
You did get access to download any digital deliverable (if applicable) in the case of a digital product.
If you do not meet the above conditions — for example, if you are simply dissatisfied with the reading, digital product, or have changed your mind — please note that all sales are final. Refunds, credits, or exchanges will not be issued once a service has been rendered or a digital product has been delivered.
4. Refund Process & Timing
If a refund is approved, I will process the refund to your original payment method, or alternatively issue a credit to your account at C Psychic Readings, at my discretion.
Refunds (or credits) will be issued within 5-10 business days after the refund request is approved.
The amount refunded will not include any non-refundable administrative or shipping (if any) costs already incurred (though shipping typically does not apply to our services).
I retain the right to refuse refunds if the request is submitted after the allowed timeframe or if the service was fully delivered and accessed.
5. Exchanges / Credits
Instead of a refund, I may offer the option to apply your payment as credit toward a future reading or service.
Credits are non-transferable, non-cash redeemable outside of C Psychic Readings, and must be used within 12 months of issue.
6. Non-Returnable Services & Exceptions
Any session that has commenced or been delivered in full (recording sent, link accessed, etc.) is considered to have been provided and is not eligible for a refund simply due to change of mind.
Digital recordings, downloadable files, or access to private sessions are non-returnable once access has been granted unless covered under the “Refund Eligibility” clause above.
If you lose access credentials, I will assist with access restoration as best as I can but please note all psychic readings that are recorded during the session are deleted latest after 2 weeks and sometimes sooner, so there is no guarantee to be able to recover deleted records after the link has been sent. This is not a basis for refund.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
Email me at cpsychic@cpsychicreadings.com with subject line: Refund Request – [Your Name / Order #].
In your email provide: your full name, order number or date of session, reason for request, and any supporting evidence (e.g., failure to deliver, technical issues).
I will review your request and respond within 3 business days with our decision.
8. Changes to This Policy
I may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in the business or applicable laws. When I do, I will post the updated version on this website. I encourage you to check this policy each time you make a purchase.
